- 🥇 Mr. Johnson – His power and precision helped him surpass over half the competitors in his division, even though he was the lowest rank in the group!
- 🥇 Ms. Dang – Not only did she take first place in her first ever adult division with flawless chambers and fierce focus, she also passed her 3rd Degree Decided Black Belt test with an outstanding performance!
We’re so proud of both of you for representing our school with excellence and spirit! 💪👏

- July 12th: TOURNAMENT PREP CLASS INCLUDING FORMS, SPARRING/ONE STEPS, AND BOARD BREAKING! Last day to break boards for in-city tournament!
- July 17th: Last day to register for regional Knoxville tournament!
- July 18th: Last day to break boards for Knoxville tournament!
- July 19th: CLOSED FOR CLT IN-CITY TOURNAMENT! GOOD LUCK TO OUR COMPETITORS!
- July 25th-26th: CLOSED FOR OUR REGIONAL KNOXVILLE TOURNAMENT! GOOD LUCK TO ALL OUR COMPETITORS!
- July 28th: CELEBRATE YOUR ACCOMPLISHMENT! Monday after the tournament party. We will be having an after-tournament ice-cream party! For tournament competitors only! From 5:45-7:00, bring your medals for games and treats!
Testing!
Testing is happening Saturday, Aug 9th. Here’s what you need to know to be ready:
✅ Dress Rehearsal – Wear your full white uniform the week of testing to class to simulate testing conditions.
✅ Stripe Catch-Up – Need more stripes? You have until June 6th to get your stripes to be eligible to test.
✅ Extra Practice – Use the Curriculum section in the Spark app for videos and guides or book a Private Lesson for one-on-one training.
